HOW WE WORK

From tyre to graded rubber, six stages.

Every tyre that enters the plant follows the same sequence — shredded, stripped of steel and fiber, reduced, and screened into consistent size bands before it ever reaches a bag.

01 / Collection
Sourcing tyres
End-of-life tyres are sourced from dealers and fleets and brought into the plant for processing.

Primary shredding
Whole tyres are cut down into rough chunks, breaking the tyre carcass into a workable size.

Steel & fiber removal
Magnetic and mechanical separation strips out steel belting and textile fiber from the shredded stock.

Size reduction
Clean rubber chunks are further reduced into granules and chips through repeated milling.
